What condition does my device need to be in?
We buy phones, watches and consoles. Smartphones and smart watches must be fully working — cosmetic wear is fine, but the device must power on and function properly.
Gaming consoles are the exception. We accept faulty consoles too, because we refurbish and repair them in-house. Your valuation reflects the condition you select, so be as accurate as you can.
How do I send my device to you?
Once you accept your valuation, we'll send you free, fully tracked and insured postage instructions. Simply pack your device securely and drop it off — there's nothing to pay.
When and how do I get paid?
After your device arrives and passes our checks, we'll confirm the final offer. You can choose fast bank payment or store credit towards your next device — payment is usually issued within a couple of working days.
How long does the whole process take?
Valuations are typically returned within minutes to a few hours. Once we receive your device, checks and payment are usually completed within 2–3 working days.
What if I don't accept the final offer?
You're under no obligation. If the final offer differs from your estimate and you'd rather not proceed, we'll return your device to you free of charge.
