At Rebx Ltd, all refurbished products are backed by a 12-month warranty for added peace of mind.
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund. After the initial 30-day period, we will provide a repair or replacement where applicable.
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and hardware faults only. The following are not covered under the warranty:
What is not covered
- Any water-related damage, including on devices advertised with water-resistance ratings such as IP67 or IP68
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by drops, impact, misuse, neglect, or intentional damage
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper setup, or failure to follow manufacturer guidance
- Damage resulting from attempted repairs, modifications, jailbreaking, rooting, software tampering, or unlocking carried out by you or a third party
- Damage caused by power surges, electrical faults, or the use of incompatible accessories, chargers, or cables
- Consumable parts and accessories subject to normal wear, including batteries, filters, brushes, earbuds, ear cushions, charging cables, attachments, and removable components
- Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, dents, scuffs, discolouration, or screen marks that do not affect functionality
- General wear and tear resulting from everyday use, including natural battery performance reduction over time
- Faults caused by commercial, rental, or non-domestic use where the product was originally intended for personal household use
Important Notes
- Please keep your invoice or proof of purchase in a safe place, as this will be required when making a warranty claim.
- The 12-month warranty begins from the original purchase date only. If a replacement product is issued, the warranty period does not restart.
- The warranty is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the original purchaser.
- Any data stored on devices returned under warranty remains the responsibility of the customer. We recommend backing up and removing all personal data before returning any item.
- We will not be able to offer an exchange or refund if the device is still locked to your account.
