What condition does my device need to be in?

We accept devices in a range of conditions — from like-new to faulty. Your valuation reflects the condition you select, so be as accurate as you can. Even devices that don't power on may have value for spares and repair.

How do I send my device to you?

Once you accept your valuation, we'll send you free, fully tracked and insured postage instructions. Simply pack your device securely and drop it off — there's nothing to pay.

When and how do I get paid?

After your device arrives and passes our checks, we'll confirm the final offer. You can choose fast bank payment or store credit towards your next device — payment is usually issued within a couple of working days.

How long does the whole process take?

Valuations are typically returned within minutes to a few hours. Once we receive your device, checks and payment are usually completed within 2–3 working days.

What if I don't accept the final offer?

You're under no obligation. If the final offer differs from your estimate and you'd rather not proceed, we'll return your device to you free of charge.

Please back up and remove your accounts before sending your device. For added peace of mind, every device we receive is securely data-wiped to industry standards as part of our refurbishment process.
