How we inspect every device
Our technicians run a structured inspection process across smartphones, tablets, consoles and more. Each category has its own checklist, but every product must pass the same functional standards before it ships.
Functional testing
Every device is tested for core features including power, display, touch, buttons, speakers, microphones, cameras, connectivity and charging.
Secure data wipe
All previous user data is securely wiped and the device is reset to factory settings before it reaches our grading bench.
Cosmetic grading
We assess the screen, body and overall finish to assign a clear Fair, Good or Excellent grade so you know exactly what to expect.
Battery health check
Battery performance is checked to confirm it meets our minimum health standards before the device is approved for sale.
Professional clean
Devices are professionally cleaned and quality checked before secure packaging and dispatch.
RebX warranty
Approved devices are backed by our warranty and support, with Fair grade products including a 6-month warranty and all other grades including 12 months.
