In NC mode the bolt stays engaged and only retracts when power is applied, so the door remains locked during normal operation and releases on a valid entry signal. It pairs with keypads, card readers, intercoms and intelligent lock controllers, making it suitable for offices, flats, stockrooms, gates and server rooms.
