About this device
Condition: Brand New. Supplied in retail packaging.
This Black Soft Filter is a 1/4 black diffusion camera lens filter that creates a hazy, cinematic mist effect straight in camera. Popular for portrait and scenery video work, it gently lifts blacks and softens highlights and skin texture without losing overall sharpness, giving footage a filmic look that is hard to replicate in post. The waterproof, oil-resistant coating helps shed water spray and fingerprints, and the 39MM thread makes it a direct fit for compatible lenses.
Key Features
- 1/4 black mist diffusion filter for a cinematic in-camera look
- Softens highlights and skin texture while retaining detail
- Waterproof and oil-resistant coating resists spray and fingerprints
- Ideal for portrait, wedding, scenery and video shooting
- Screw-in design for quick fitting and removal
