Setting up relationships

Rebx is an online shop that the company Prestek Ltd makes available to the public through the site www.rebx.co.uk and that allows:

• to consumers to purchase refurbished electronic products ; and
• to individuals, consumers or professionals, to resell used electronic products to other professionals, so that they can recondition and resell them.

Prestek Ltd acts as an intermediary between Sellers and Buyers. Under no circumstances is it a seller or buyer of the Products on the Platform, which other Sellers sell directly to Buyers.

General financial conditions

Buyers pay the price of their product directly on the Rebx.co.uk through a trusted payment provider.

Where we deliver products to?

We deliver to most UK addresses. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and Northern Scotland, please allow an extra day. For full delivery details, please refer to our "Shipping & Returns"  page, which is also accessible via the product page. Note that some addresses may be outside our delivery range, and certain postcodes might incur a surcharge. Please check individual listings for more information.

Only Buyers who have made at least one order on the Platform can post a review about products and delivery.

The Buyer can give a rating from 1 to 5 and add a comment to the rating. For some products, the Buyer can give specific ratings (value for money, delivery, packaging and cleanliness, overall performance, aesthetic appearance).

The Buyer can leave a review by clicking on the Review tab on the product page or using a link in the email message that will be sent to them for this purpose approximately a week after the delivery of the product. They can also submit a review through their customer account, for which they must click on the “My orders” tab.

After thirty (30) days from receiving a product, the Buyer has the option to modify his review through his customer account, for which he must click on the "My Orders" tab.

The buyer can also request the deletion of his/her review at any time by sending his/her request to the following address: legal@rebx.co.uk.

Rebx does not offer any compensation in exchange for reviews.

Only reviews of purchased products will be published. Once a review has been submitted, it will be published within a maximum of 5 business day.

Our algorithm will rank the reviews taking into account, in particular, the score given and the length of the review. The user will also be able to rank them in chronological order, by relevance, from highest to lowest score or from lowest to highest score. The reviews will remain online as long as the products they refer to remain for sale on the Platform.

We publish both positive and negative reviews without prior moderation. After publication, any derogatory, insulting or abusive review may be removed from Rebx upon request of any interested party, in particular in the following cases:

• the review is used for advertising purposes;
• the same review is posted multiple times or on different accounts;
• the review is irrelevant or refers to the purchasing experience and not the product;
• the review refers to another product;
• the review recommends buying from another competitor;
• the rating given by Buyer is inconsistent;
• the review contains comments or content that are political or social in nature, abusive, obscene, offensive, sexual or defamatory, or constitute a personal attack;
• the review is false or misleading or was written by a Seller;
• the review is illegal or includes links to illegal content;
• the review infringes third party rights;
• the review has been published through impersonation;
• the review includes personal data or sensitive information; or
• the review incites hatred, discrimination, homophobia, xenophobia, racism or violence.

If any interested party wishes to request the removal of a derogatory, insulting or abusive review, under the terms described above, they must write to the following address: legal@rebx.co.uk.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
