You can control the monitor's display settings via the four assignable knobs, and the four assignable function buttons allow you to quickly access frequently used functions without entering the monitor's menu system. Monitor functions include waveform, vectorscope, and histogram, each of which gives you an objective view of your video signal. The peaking function is a useful focus aid, especially when your camera has a small viewing screen. False colour and zebra provide real time visual exposure information that you can use to adjust your camera's exposure setting. The monitor includes a ball mount that can attach to one of the three 1/4"-20 threaded mounting holes, a removable sun hood, an HDMI cable, and two interchangeable battery plates.
IPS
The screen's 178-degree viewing angle allows for the off-angle viewing with minimal change in contrast or brightness.

False Color
The False Color feature provides under/over luminance warning by presenting the image as a series of color values representing exposure.
Histogram
The Histogram provides a graphic depiction of the pixels in your image, and where the pixels are between black and white. This simplifies judging your exposure and is helpful is to determine if your highlights are clipping (lacking detail).
Waveform
Provides an objective evaluation of your video signal. It displays the brightness of your image on an IRE scale, allowing you to see if your image will clip, and where your black levels are.
Vectorscope
Displays the signal on a graph so you can check the phase and saturation of your colors. The vectorscope function also verifies and checks the overall tint and hue of an image.
Audio Level Meter
Provides numerical level indicators and headroom levels so you can visually see the strength of the audio signal, and see if it distorts.
